5 Reasons Why Web to Print Analytics Are Incredibly Helpful for Marketing and Brand Managers

Web to Print software is the future, and its main function is to make the lives of marketing and branding managers a lot easier.

And right about now you might be wondering what web to print software actually is.

Well, our w2p platform is called Brandit, and the main function of the software is to allow you to create marketing and branding materials in-house quickly and easily by using bespoke templates designed specifically for your business. And you don’t need to be a designer to do it.

To find out how you can get onboard with this software and the other fantastic benefits of Brandit, be sure to take a look here. But right here and now we’re going to cover the analytics that you can find within Brandit, and the benefits of having these for your business.

Brandit’s Web to Print Analytics

Here at Brandit, we want to make sure that you’re getting a great value for money, and we also want to help you understand where and how your software is being used.

Here are five helpful things you need to know when it comes to using analytics on Brandit.

1. You get to see what’s really going on with your software

The main aim of the analytics page is to help you understand how your employees are using your system.

This means that you can see which users are creating the most work, the most popular templates and also which workspace (office/branch) is most active on the platform.

The graph above, for example, is showing the amount of documents created between December 2014 and April 2016.

With data like this, you can make sure you’re definitely getting the most out of Brandit for your business and your employees!

2. You can control who can see what

On your platform, the Admin user will have a helicopter view of all the analytics data available for your business. But if you want someone else to be able to see it too that can be arranged.

By creating a Super User, you will be able to delegate access to the likes of regional managers who will only be able to see the branches they're in charge of, for example.

It’s this flexibility that makes Brandit an excellent tool for those working within a large corporation!

3. All the data is broken down so that it’s easy to understand

The first thing you’ll see when you log onto the analytics section is a handy recap of all the important stats at the top.

This will include how many users are on, how many documents have been created and more. You can see a screen grab of this below…

This is helpful for giving you an overall view quickly when you need to know what areas are performing. It’s incredibly helpful for busy marketing managers who want stats straight away!

4. You can filter by different topics and graph types

After the overview above, you'll then see a graph depicting the data you've selected, but upon scrolling down you’ll also be presented with numerous bar charts and a pie chart too.

This enables you to understand the data in the way that’s best for you and your business, and it’s a great tool for presenting your Brandit stats too others as well.

But it doesn't stop there.

Brandit is incredibly flexible, so if you’re monitoring which templates are the most popular, for example, you’ll also be able to toggle between top 10, bottom 10 and ‘all’ which will allow you to see exactly which data you require easily.

5. You can monitor who is printing and downloading too

As well as monitoring creation and users, you can also see who is printing and downloading too.

This is an incredibly helpful tool for marketing managers who want to see where users are along the journey and how much marketing materials are actually being used beyond creation on Brandit.

We want the whole Brandit experience to be completely transparent for your business - which is why you can be sure your web to print analytics will be detailed and helpful!
